1. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

BIOHITECH s.r.o. processes personal data on the following legal bases in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
— processing of data necessary to respond to client inquiries, prepare offers, conclude contracts, and provide services.

Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
— fulfilling accounting, tax, and other obligations required by law.

Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
— protecting the company’s legal interests, improving service quality, ensuring website security, and preventing abuse.

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
— processing of data for marketing purposes, newsletters, or the use of cookies and analytics services (if applicable).
